Successful implementation of the TalentLMS platform requires the client to be prepared, meeting the following implementation requirements, providing data and information, and taking necessary actions for project execution, as per the following items:

 
• The client must designate their platform administrator, who will be the point of contact during implementation, providing required information and taking necessary actions;
 
• Implementation requires subscription to a paid TalentLMS account, funded by the client;
 
• Custom domain and SSL (security certificate) configuration requires the client to provide both;
 
• Privacy notice configuration on the first login requires the client to provide the notice terms;
 
• The client must provide the cookie banner to be implemented;
 
• The client must provide a standard spreadsheet with student data and course history to upload to the platform;
 
• The client must provide the artwork for the custom completion certificate with their brand.

Service delivery method: Services will be provided remotely, with occasional video conferences for meetings.

Workload: Approximately **25 hours** of services.

Completion deadline: The project can be completed within **one week to one month**, depending on the provision of information and data, and actions dependent on the client administrator.
