OBJECTIVES
General objective:
Know the controls, instruments and main components of Valtra S4 tractors and how to configure and operate them to take advantage of their full performance potential and fuel economy.
Specific objectives:
At the end of this online course, the student will learn how to perform the following actions related to the controls, instruments and main components of Valtra S4 tractors:
- Configure and operate controls and instruments at the operator's station, including the SmartTouch monitor;
- Configure and operate the Valtra Guide autopilot;
- Adjust and operate the AGCO Power electronic motor;
- Configure and operate the CVT transmission;
- Configure and operate front traction, differential lock and power supply;
- Configure and operate remote control valves;
- Configure and operate the front and rear hydraulic lifting system;
- Know intervals, specifications and recommendations for periodic maintenance;
- Know Valtra's alternatives to reduce the cost of periodic maintenance;
- Know the resources that Valtra makes available to support the operator in his work.
